Purchases are made inside the iPhone app through Apple. Reading packs do not renew automatically. Unused credits do not expire. Failed generation does not use a credit.

A few things to know.
Why do I need an account and birth date?
Daily records belong to your personal life timeline. Sign in and set your birth date before writing your first journal entry. The date establishes your life calendar; it is not used to predict your lifespan.
Will I be charged every month?
No. Suiyue is free to download. New accounts receive 2 Qimen-inspired readings, and additional readings are optional one-time purchases. There is no monthly subscription or automatic renewal.
Can I use Suiyue in my language?
The app supports English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Russian. Japanese and Korean home pages show their matching app interface; the reading report example is shown in English.
What if a reading fails or a purchase does not arrive?
A failed generation does not use a reading credit. For a purchase issue, do not pay again to resolve the same transaction. Contact support with the app version, approximate purchase time, and product name. Never send your Apple password or complete payment credentials.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile, then Settings & Legal, Privacy & data, and Delete account. If you cannot sign in, the account deletion page explains how to submit a request.
