Suiyue is a personal-experience app for life calendar views, lifestyle rhythm notes, journal records, companion connections, and Qimen Dunjia readings. We respect your privacy and aim to process only the data needed to provide these features. This Privacy Policy explains what data we process, how we use it, which service providers help us operate the app, and how you can delete your account and personal data.

Data we may process includes your account email, user ID, sign-in status, nickname, birth date, profile details you choose to provide, journal text, record dates, journal summaries, images you choose to upload, lifestyle information such as sleep, exercise, sitting time, smoking, alcohol, diet, and stress, companion codes, friend requests, companion relationships, and sharing controls.
For professional Qimen readings, we process the question you submit, the question category, language setting, reading time, selected city or timing-precision setting, time zone, longitude, Qimen Dunjia chart basis, AI-generated narrative report, reading history, available reading credits, usage, and order-related status. We use this data to generate and save your reading report, show your history, manage credit packs and subscriptions, and prevent misuse.
We use the data to provide sign-in, cloud sync, life calendar features, lifestyle rhythm notes, journals, Qimen readings, companion features, entitlement management, account deletion, and security. If in-app purchases are enabled, we also use it for purchase restoration. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
We use Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server-side functions, including account handling, cloud sync, image storage, reading records, entitlement records, and account deletion. For professional Qimen readings, our server sends the necessary question, timing parameters, and chart basis to AI service providers such as OpenAI to generate a natural-language report. If in-app purchases are enabled, payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; our server stores only the information needed to verify entitlements, order status, and usage.
Professional Qimen reports are generated from the traditional Qimen Dunjia framework, the user's question, and the chart basis calculated on our server. They are cultural-reference content and are not deterministic advice for investment, medical, legal, financial, or major life decisions. For high-risk matters, combine the report with real-world information and consult qualified professionals.
Reading-time precision may use the city you manually select. We use that city's time zone and longitude to calculate the reading time. The current version does not request live GPS location. If live location permission is added in the future, we will request permission in the app and update this Privacy Policy.
When you choose images for journal entries, the app processes and uploads those images for your journal. We do not actively scan your photo library or upload images unless you choose them.
You can delete individual records, clear local data, or delete your account in the app. Deleting your account removes account-related cloud personal data and local user data. We may retain necessary order, transaction, or security records for a limited time where allowed or required for security, fraud prevention, refunds, subscriptions, finance, legal, or regulatory purposes, and we restrict such data to those purposes.
