If you can still sign in to the app, we recommend using the in-app account deletion flow: open Suiyue, go to Profile, open Privacy & data, tap Delete account, enter the required confirmation text, and submit. After deletion, your account-related cloud personal data and local user data will be removed. This action cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in, or if you have uninstalled the app, contact us at suiyue.app@gmail.com from your registered email address and state that you want to delete your Suiyue account and related personal data. We will verify account ownership and usually process complete requests within 30 days.
Deletion covers account information, profile data, life calendar and journal records, journal images, lifestyle information, Qimen reading questions, reading results, reading history, deletable personal portions of reading entitlements and usage, companion relationships, friend requests, and local user data.
For security, fraud prevention, refunds, subscriptions, finance, legal, or regulatory reasons, we may retain necessary order, transaction, or security records for a limited period where allowed by law. Retained data is restricted to those purposes and is no longer used for personalized app features.
Deleting your Suiyue account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Please cancel your subscription in the relevant store subscription settings first to avoid future charges.
